Do I need a team to use a workroom?
No. A room with one person in it works exactly like a room with ten: chat, files, to-dos and a whiteboard, all for one subject. Nobody else ever needs to join.
What is the difference between a workroom and a folder?
A folder holds files. A room holds files plus the links, notes, to-dos and sketches that go with them, and it is open on every device you sign into. Inside the Files tab you can still make folders if you want them.
Can I turn a solo room into a shared one later?
Yes. Every room has a six-character join code and a QR code; share either and the other person is in, with everything you already parked there waiting for them. You can also require your approval before anyone joins.
Is there a limit on how many rooms I can create?
The free plan includes 3 active rooms and 3 GB of storage; files on the free plan are kept for 30 days, while links, notes and to-dos stay for good. Pro removes the room limit and keeps files indefinitely. When a project is finished you can download its files as a zip and delete the room to free the slot.
