- Nearby - send a file straight from one of your devices to another. It goes browser to browser and never touches our servers, so there's no size limit and nothing to expire. Both devices need the site open (usually the same wifi); a device that isn't signed in can join with a 6-letter code or by scanning a QR. If a direct connection can't be made, you're told, and offered the normal upload instead. Look for Send nearby on your clipboard, Files and in any workroom.
- Clear this device - one button in Settings signs out, forgets the browser as a trusted device and removes everything MoveMyWork kept on it. On a phone, press and hold the ◆ at the top of your clipboard. Wipe my clipboard sits next to it: every clip gone from our servers, with a typed confirmation.
- Slash commands in chat - type
/in a workroom to add a to-do, pin your last message, see who's around, nudge someone, jump to Files or the whiteboard, and a couple of old IRC favourites.

- Workroom whiteboards — every room now has a shared drawing board. One person holds the pen at a time; everyone else watches live and can ask for it, like handing over the marker. The board survives everyone leaving, and any member can download it as an image.
- Name your share links (Pro) — a link you can
read out loud, like
movemywork.com/s/site-photos, instead of a string of random letters. The original link keeps working too. - A QR code for every share link — show it on your screen, they point their camera at it. Downloadable as an image for print.
- Link stats — total and unique views for each share link, with a 30-day chart. Counted without cookies, trackers, or storing anyone's IP address.
- A Copy text button on chat messages — grab the text of any message with one tap, line breaks intact.
- Drag files straight out of the browser to your desktop or a folder (Chrome and Edge on desktop). Other browsers keep the usual Download button.
- Share-link management everywhere: see and manage a clip's active links — copy, revoke, views, expiry — from the dashboard, from Files, and from a workroom's Files tab. Anything with a live link now shows a "Link shared" chip.
